At American Scale Supply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:
Return Eligibility

Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the invoice date.

Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, special orders, and certain items specified as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Obtain Authorization: Contact our customer service at 608-712-0445 or cody@americanscalesupply.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Prepare Shipment: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all components and the RMA number.

Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to certain returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated shipping costs.
