Return Policy | American Scale Supply

At American Scale Supply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the invoice date.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, special orders, and certain items specified as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Obtain Authorization: Contact our customer service at 608-712-0445 or cody@americanscalesupply.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  2. Prepare Shipment: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all components and the RMA number.

  3. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to certain returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated shipping costs.
